Shipping and Returns

Dispatch

We use PostNL to ship your package. We aim to deliver your package within 3 to 7 working days. When your package is sent, you will receive a track & trace code with which you can track your shipment. It can sometimes take a while before he indicates the status of your package. From an order value of €50, we will cover the shipping costs. If you do not reach that amount, we will charge €5.95 for shipping.

Not completely satisfied?

At Plain Cotton we value our customers and strive to provide the highest quality products. However, we understand that there may be circumstances that require you to return an item. To make this process as smooth as possible, we have established a clear and fair returns policy.

Return conditions

Item Condition: To be eligible for a return, the garment must be unworn and in the same condition you received it.

Returns period: You can return your purchase within 30 days of receipt. Returns received after this period may not be eligible for a refund.

Return registration: Before you return an item, you must register your return via our account portal. You don't have to worry if you don't have an account with us; the portal is accessible to everyone. Simply go to https://account.plaincotton.nl and log in with your email address. You will then receive a one-time login code that gives you access to the portal and can follow the necessary steps. Please note that you are responsible for the shipping and delivery of your return. We recommend sending your package with Track & Trace. This allows you to prove that you
have actually returned your package to us and your return can be handled more easily in the event of a lost shipment.
